CEDRIC PAN CHAO: VICE PRESIDENT

Cedric Pan is the co-founder and chief operating officer of WinPlus Education Technology, an education technology platform serving more than 250,000 students globally. He is also the founder of Galaxity Space, an MIT-incubated initiative advancing space education and global climate awareness. Cedric previously led international expansion for OFO Bike Sharing, launching micro-mobility services and partnering with municipal governments across more than twenty U.S. cities, Singapore, and China. He also led Robby Technologies in promoting autonomous delivery services in Silicon Valley and beyond. Before entering the private sector, Cedric worked in policy research at the China Development Bank, China Banking Regulatory Commission, and Development Research Center of the State Council.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and a minor in Economics from Peking University and studied for a Master of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. He also holds a Master of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and completed a Graduate Certificate in Aerospace Innovation at the MIT Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
