David is part of IBM's Corporate Strategy team based in New York. He previously worked as a strategy consultant with IBM Global Business Services focused on education clients as part of IBM Smarter Education. David started his career as a Teach for America teacher in Miami. David holds an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School and BA from Tufts University.
