LUIGI CREVOISIER
Luigi is a venture capitalist dedicated to supporting the building of modern financial and food systems in emerging markets. He is the Co-founder and General Partner of Cara Ventures, a New York based early stage fund investing in fintech and foodtech across Latin America and Southeast Asia.
Before launching Cara Ventures, he led strategic projects at McKinsey where he worked with global consumer and industrial companies, advising on investment decisions, market entry, and product creation. He has also supported venture builders and early stage investors on portfolio strategy and ecosystem formation.
Luigi has built his career at the intersection of investing and development. Besides the US, he has worked in Guatemala, Uganda, Ukraine, Myanmar, and Vietnam supporting entrepreneurs and investing in innovative structures. His investment and advisory experience spans private equity, impact capital, financial institutions, healthcare, real estate, and technology.
Luigi holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), and a Bachelor degree from Cornell University.
