Natalie Fabe Ubias: Immediate Past President

Natalie has served on the HKS New York Alumni Network board since 2015 and has been leading the board as president since January 2018. Professionally, she serves as the Director of Investments for the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline, a mayoral initiative to support the inclusive growth of the NYC tech sector and prepare New Yorkers for 21st-century jobs. She has also been teaching weekly dance fitness classes since January 2018 through Shape Up NYC, a program that offers free fitness classes throughout the five boroughs. At HKS, Natalie was the student government's founding Vice President for Professional Development. In that role, she created the Alumni-Student Career Shadowing Initiative, which was adopted by the Alumni Office as a signature yearly initiative and continues today. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Natalie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received her MPP from HKS in 2012.
